UNFAIR….

I have just came out of a meeting about click-baits, fake news and, overall, the kind of stuff that makes people click and visit a certain page, or ignore it completely…

Someone thought it would be a good idea to have a character from Norway give us a 2 hour speech that could be summed up in “if you put tits in a picture, they will click on the link to the story….”

Now, I am not contesting the idea- it is an absolute truth…stories with pictures of female breasts, asses, body-parts in general.. do generate traffic. Since, both men and women tend to click those , but for different reasons. Men click since.. well… we are men- and there is a picture of an attractive female body part — there is not much philosophy in it

women, on the other hand ( although some deny it) also click on those, sometimes more often then men- if for no other reason then just so they can compare the breasts or the butt in the picture with their own ( and hopefully be able to say “mine is better”) — it is all pretty straight forward

What I find unfair, is the fact that publishing, or posting pictures of male body parts does not have the same effect- quite the opposite… Heterosexual men will avoid clicking these, while heterosexual women do not have the same tastes as men.

And it would have been so much better if things went both ways, male reporters, like me, could ran into the bathroom, take a quick dick-pick , post it with the article… and BOOOM…before you know it, your story has been clicked on by tens of thousands of people ( none of whom actually read what we wrote- they clicked because of the body-parts pics)

But, no…

If we post pics of pour asses, legs, genitals…. it is considered disgusting, wrong, or in poor taste…Despite all the work done on equality.. women still do not seem to be turned on by a dick-pick…

Why????
