The same tactics used over and over and over again by… well, everyone!!!
Just like, a few years back, anyone who dared ( in self-called “liberal” circles) criticize Obama for doing nothing to deserve the Nobel, say that when it comes to foreign policy he is no better ( or worse) than Bush, or, simply point out the fact that it was under Obama that the US started using drones en masse and switching to “special operations” warfare, in dozens of countries in which, officially, there is no US presence, was automatically called “A racist”….
The funny thing, in all of this mess-up, is that so many people are failing to see what is really happening…. that all the public showoffs, debates, lies and promises mean nothing, since no matter who is in the WH, the USA keeps going according to the plan which was setup a while ago, by teh ones who make the presidents
It isn't Trump, It wasn't Obama, bush or anyone else before them… It is the US system..where ( despite the popular opinion) the presidents are not elected, but selected.
This is what has been happening for decades : They ( let us call the powers that be “they”) set up the U policies, strategies, plans… then they choose who will be the best person to implement those, at e given time. and set him up in the white house, as a public face and as a figure needed to make the americans believe they actually have a choice… So, the “president”.. does what he is told , some of the things are OK.. others not so much
Then, once there is no more need for that, particular, type of policy , the puppet in the oval office is replaced by another ( which was also “democratically chosen through the media show dubbed “elections”) … So, the usual dance begins.. with the arrival of the NEw president and the new administration, there is lot of fanfare about changes- there is also the point in which the new administration comes out saying that the “old” administration did make “some” mistakes, criticize the more controversial things that the previous guy has done, and, of course, give a lot of promises about those “mistakes” not being repeated and how things are going to be fixed from now on….
So, we go through another 4 to 8 years of the current administration doing what it supposed to do, making “bad” decisions of their own, but all the time steering the USA in the same direction it has been going for decades… after that, there is the same media circus, same polarization, same lies, same voters believing that “this time” it is different ( because they said it will be) …
So, the new cowboy comes to town… and, again, the same promises, the same “It was the previous administration that made those mistakes “ and “we will not do that….”
And the people buy it
And the states keep going the way they have..
It should be very obvious by now….
But with people concentrating on the public spats , being busy in taking sides and fighting for them, it becomes easy to pull this out…
