In all the empty BS that covers us on daily bases, in a world/society which is increasingly “individualistic” and in which people who have given their everything to bring us to where we are today are being left to die, slowly rotting away in nursing homes and similar entities (I can hear all the voices saying:::: But, I am doing that for their own good. With all the work, and the social engagements that we have- we could not possibly give our parents the care they will receive in a “professional” establishment) I am happy to see that there still are poeple who care about their parents, as well as respect them for who they are as individuals, not only “the folks who raised me when I was little”…
