I only learned that there are poeple who have this issue about a decade ago, when a woman who was dating a friend of mine siad that she can not viualize things . at first we thought she might be over-stating it and it took a while for her to explain to us that she really isn't, and has never been, able to use her "mind's eye" the way the rest of us do.

I only remeber the subject coming up one more time since then, and, I never knew that the condition has a name
