Again…. I was talking about the notion itself….. NOT KAVANAUGH and the idiocy surrounding his case… I am not commenting on is he right for the post, or are you right ( or wrong) in he way you view his case….

Did I ever say that “all these men and women..” are wrong in opposing him? OR did I say that “all of the other men and women” ( about equal in numbers) are wrong in supporting him??? … I wrote what I wrote and I meant THAT, nothing more or less. If I was talking about him personally, ( Or you for that matter, or anyone else ) I would have made it clear what m I writing about, and who am I referring to.

I thought that judges were supposed to take only facts into consideration, not assume what the other one is saying, thinking or believing?

But you did make my point about both sides ( All those men and women) taking every unrelated thing that they can and try to use it as “proof” that they are the ones who are right and the other side is wrong…

In this case, it seems that the only just side is the one where I ( and others who think like me) stand… And this side says that you both have gone too far and that , besides in nomenclature, there is almost no difference left between the “conservatives” and the “liberals” both of whom have allowed their emotions and pre-concieved ideas take over the rational part of their brains , both of whom are using the same tactics, same approaches often even the same wordings in order to “prove” their point ( which, after it all clears up is … Put me in power- not the other one) — and get as many people as possible to support them in their power-grabbing bid, while, t the same time, keeping things on a very personal and emotional level so that their supporters won’t stop and think about things.. If they do, it might just happen that they too will see what a giant farce it is- and that the only sides in the entire Saga are “us” ( which is 99.98% of the population… the people.. voters) and “them” ( the ones who are profiting from it)
